Pipelines are designed to help workspace members streamline and monitor the progress of their due diligence process. Whether you are working individually, with a team, or managing an entire workspace, Pipelines provides an intuitive and organized way to track your research progress using "swimlanes" and list views for your boards.
Swimlanes View: Visualize your workflow by moving tasks through different stages. This drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to see the status of each investment at a glance.
List View: Get a detailed, linear view of all tasks, perfect for those who prefer a more traditional approach to task management. Each item can be expanded for more details and actions.
Stage Creation: Define the stages that fit your workflow. Common stages might include "Research", "Analysis", "Approval", and "Completed", but you can customize these to fit your specific needs.
Flexible Management: Easily add, remove, or rearrange stages as your project evolves.
Individual Pipelines: Manage your personal tasks and track your progress on individual investments.
Shared Pipelines: Collaborate with colleagues by sharing pipelines. Track the progress of group projects and ensure everyone is on the same page.
Team Pipelines: For larger teams, create pipelines that encompass the entire team's workflow. This ensures transparency and coordination across different members and departments.
Workspace Pipelines: Manage the progress of all investments within a workspace. This is ideal for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring consistent progress across the organization.
Prioritization: Mark tasks with different priority levels to indicate their importance and urgency.
Seamless Integration: Link your investments directly to your pipelines. This ensures all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
Data Syncing: Automatically sync data from your investments with your pipeline, providing real-time updates and accuracy.
Navigate to Pipelines: From the main dashboard, select the Pipelines tab.
New Pipeline: Click on the "Create New Pipeline" button.
Customize Stages: Define the stages that best suit your workflow.
Add Tasks: Start adding tasks to your pipeline by specifying details such as task name, assignee, due date, and priority.
Drag and Drop: In the kanban view, simply drag tasks between stages to update their status.
Detailed View: Click on any item to view and access it
Sharing Pipelines: Share your pipeline with other users by adding them as collaborators.
Permissions: Set permissions to control who can view or edit tasks within the pipeline.
