Account

User verification is a process that allows us to add an extra degree of authentication to your account to ensure you truly are who you say that you are.

Steps for Account Verification

In order for a user to be verified, a verified domain has to first be added the workspace and the email address used on the account has to use the verified domain. Generic emails (@gmail.com, @live.com, etc.) cannot be verified.

Step #1 - Add a Verified Domain to your Workspace

Verified domains make it easier for your teammates to join a workspace.

Workspace Admins can add a verified domain to your workspace.

Only available for Pro and Enterprise plans.

Step #2 - Initiate Account Verification

In the first section titled "Account", click on the button labeled "Verify":

Settings -> Account -> General

We will send you a verification link to the email listed on your account.

Step #2 - Check your Email

Please check your email and click on the verification link. Please do note that the verification link will expire 24 hours after sending. If you need to resend the verification link to your email, please complete the prior steps again.

Step #3 - Check for Verification

Once your account has been verified, you should then have a blue badge displaying next to your name on your Profile page:

Profile -> Overview

If you change your email at any point in the future, you will have to go through this verification process again.
