FAQs

Can I have multiple Workspaces?

Yes, you can create multiple Workspaces to separate resources and activities for different teams, departments, or projects.

However, we recommend creating Teams before taking this approach.

How do I restrict access to a Workspace?

By default, Workspaces are private & users can only be invited to a Workspace by an admin or workspace owner. For more information, please see Permissions

Verified domains limit the invitations an admin or workspace owner can send to only users with those verified email addresses in their email addresses.

What happens if I delete a Workspace?

Deleting a Workspace will permanently remove all associated resources & members in that workspace.

If you run into any billing issues after deleting a workspace, please reach out to us at [e-mail] or [e-mail]

Users on Countercyclical are required to have at least one Workspace to us the platform. The most basic workspace we offer is the Free plan you get for the trial period.

Important: Deleting a user's account also deletes the workspaces they are owners of.
