Each Countercyclical workspace is billed separately based on the number of seats within the workspace. Workspace owners are responsible for billing.
If you belong to multiple workspaces, your seat will be counted and charged separately for each one that you're in.
Your workspace is billed on a per seat basis. Workspace owners and admins can deactivate, block, or change members that occupy each seat at any time.
Workspace owners and admins are the only roles tat can add and remove seats.
Once here, click on the button labeled "Manage Billing" to navigate to your billing portal.
From the billing portal, you can update your payment information, view past invoices, and see failed or past due charges on your account. You can also upgrade your plan from the portal as well.
Users can downgrade, or cancel, their plans at any time and for any reason.
Workspace owners and admins are the only user types who have access to billing.

Simply navigate to the billing portal at under the section titled Billing Portal.
Since we use to manage your billing & plan, click on the "Manage Billing" button in our platform to be navigated to your Stripe billing portal. Once you're there, click on the "Cancel subscription" to finalize cancelling your plan.
