Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to the Education Plan on Countercyclical:

How long is the Education Plan active for?

Educational accounts are only discounted on Countercyclical throughout the academic career of the student or professor.

After this period, the user will be required to pay full price for a Pro plan if they wish to continue using Countercyclical on our Pro plan.

If the user does not decide to get a Pro plan with us, the account will be downgraded to a read-only state and placed on our Free plan.

Accounts inactive for more than 365 days may become inaccessible and could be deleted.

If you believe your account was made inactive by mistake or you run into any problems logging in after an extended period of time, please reach out to us at [e-mail]

Any account(s) abusing the Education tier for personal and/or professional use outside of the student's or teacher's academic career will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Can I migrate my Educational account to a standard account?

You can change your email in your Account Settings (see General for more information), which will migrate you off of the Educational Plan once you've verified your new email address.

Please note that this change will be immediately reflected on your account, whereby your account and/or workspace(s) will be placed it into a read-only state on our Free Plan. If you would like to continue using Countercyclical, you will need to sign up for our Pro or Enterprise plans.
